simonrussellSimon Russell – Chairman and Founder
Simon is the CEO of a multi family office based in the City and splits his spare time between his wife and four children, their old Georgian home and country pursuits.  NYF is a passion, which he sees as an opportunity to give something back.

ginaparkerGina Parker – Secretary and Founder
Gina balances the demands of motherhood with being a Senior Partner of a wealth management organisation in the city.  She also spends a lot of time working on our programs.  She was a keen mountaineer for many years and fate has drawn her back to Nepal.  She feels privileged to be able to work with the people of Nepal and to help them improve the health of their children.

peterrussellPeter Russell – Treasurer
Peter has over 30 years experience in business with companies such as ICI and BP and now runs his own technology orientated events management business.  He is based in Tunbridge Wells but has travelled extensively and has visited many developing countries including of course Nepal.


Hannah Coppersmith – Chief Executive Officer                                                                                            Hannah joined the team to help oversee and implement NYF UK’s strategic vision.  She believes that the work we are doing is invaluable to the people we reach.  She is constantly impressed by the team’s, our partners’ and our supporters’ dedication and generosity.

Gerry Griffiths – Head of Development                                                                                                            Gerry joined the team to help implement NYF UK’s strategic vision and to help with the day to day running of the charity.  She feels very passionate about NYF’s projects and is inspired by the work that team on the ground in Nepal do.

FullSizeRenderLottie Wilkins – Publicity Manager                                                                                                               Lottie has over 15 years of PR experience and has won PRCA and PR Week Awards.  Over the last five years she has specialised in fundraising communications.  She has two sons and so cares a great deal about raising money for children.  Lottie recently visited Nepal and has fallen madly in                                 love with the place and its people.                                                                                                                                          


Kate Portsmouth – Child sponsorship Officer
Kate travelled to Nepal in 2011 and visited the Malnutrition Centres and met many of the children we sponsor.  Much of her Degree focused on child welfare in developing countries and what better way to put it to use than helping our kind supporters stay connected to the children and our programmes.


timarkseyTim Arksey – Development Officer
Tim lives in Cambridgeshire with his family and donates his time to help NYF function smoothly.  He is a qualified Diving Instructor and know the importance of getting things done in a timely fashion.

Photo on 2016-02-24 at 10.11Lisle Turner – Trustee                                                                                                                                             Lisle is an award winning writer, director and producer working in film, television and theatre. Much of his work involves themes of social engagement and he has made over fifty films for charitable causes. When making one such film for this charity he was so impressed with the positive impact of their work he  volunteered to become a trustee.
